Shipping policy

Shipping rates are determined based on where you are shipping the merchandise and the speed of service selected (i.e- Standard, Priority or Express). Rates for domestic shipments generally varies based on the weight of the total package once package is packed, sealed, and weighed.

Most package rates have the estimated cost of $4.95 or higher. The typical delivery time varies according to Postal service hours and service availability. Please note that once Hooked on Jewels have delivered the package to the USPS, it is no longer in our control of destination travel.  You will however be given a tracking number so that you can track your purchase.  Please allow  extra delivery time during the Holiday period.
